My Story

Delivering Results That Matter
Since 2011

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER | CONTENT CREATOR | STORYTELLER

I started in the details, designing and refining. The kind of work where no one claps, but everything depends on you getting it right. That early foundation taught me the first rule of storytelling: the smallest choices shape the biggest outcomes.

Then my career began to move fast. I stepped into agency life at MRM//McCann, learning how to build messaging that could survive a boardroom, a pitch, and a deadline all at once. I learned the discipline of strategy: how to turn research into positioning, ideas into language, and language into momentum.

From there, I went deeper into culture, where stories do not just sell, they mean something. As a content strategist at Tynicka Battle Digital, I helped shape entertainment campaigns, including Lionsgate’s All Eyez On Me, and supported amplification efforts connected to brands and labels like Def Jam and Sony Music. I learned how to protect a story’s authenticity while still making it perform.

And then I did what most people only talk about. I built. I launched Aize Asowata Digital Media, creating a home for my creative instincts and my strategic brain to finally live in the same room.

That mix, creative and operational, cultural and corporate, became my secret weapon.

In 2019, I entered Comcast NBCUniversal LIFT Labs and grew through every layer of the work: Marketing Coordinator to Marketing Manager to Senior Marketing Manager. I was not just creating content. I was building systems, leading teams, shaping executive narratives, and translating complex innovation into stories people could really feel. Stories are the epicenter of culture and action.

Along the way, I stepped fully into executive production, creating and executively producing original docuseries like Founding in Color and Culture Capital, connecting entrepreneurship, investment, and innovation with human truth. Those stories reached audiences through platforms like Peacock and Black Experience on Xfinity, and the work earned industry recognition, including wins credited to my role as Executive Producer.

That is the thread across everything I have done: I can move between worlds without losing the plot.

I am the person who can speak brand and business, production and performance, culture and corporate, because I have lived in all of them. I can write the narrative, build the workflow, lead the team, and deliver the assets, then measure what worked and make it sharper next time.

I am a unicorn, not because I do a little bit of everything, but because I do the rare combination that matters: I turn big, complex stories into experiences that land, last, and move people.

If you are building something new and you need your story to match the scale of your ambition, I am ready.
